It is on the east coast of the island, northeast of the main town of Marigot, on Route Nationale 7, which links it to Quartier-d 'Orléans.The residence comprises 44 apartments.
All apartments have a sea view.

The beach, restaurants and shops are all nearby. The residence is currently being renovated using quality materials and features, and will be delivered with a very high standard of finish.
